Anything on this site about services, prices, or timing is general information, not a binding offer. Real quotes happen after we see your property or the photos you send, and work is governed by whatever we agree to in writing for that job.
Photos and content
The job photos on this site are our own work. Please do not reuse site content or photos without asking us first.

Liability
We keep this site accurate as best we can, but it is provided as is. Our responsibility for any claim connected to the site itself is limited to the maximum extent Pennsylvania law allows. This does not limit anything we agree to in a written contract for actual work.
